  Endless loop of "System program problem detected" fails to generate

Bug description:
  I keep getting the pop-up for reporting but after entering my password
  nothing happens and the pop-up reappears in 3-5 seconds in an endless
  loop. Cancel does the same, closes the window but it pops up again.
  There is no indication of the problematic program.
