  Ubuntu-bug fails to get wireless information when reporting a kernel
  bug (and MAC address is changed)

Bug description:
  When ubuntu-bug is trying to collect info about a bug in the kernel, getting network information fails, with the error message:

  This is when the MAC Address is changed, Fluxbox, gnome-settings-
  daemon, nm-applet are running and NetworkManager is connected to a
  WiFi network on wlan0 . It is on a MSI Wind U100 running ubuntu 11.10.

  What I expected to happen: Apport to successfully collect my network connection data
  What happened: Apport failed to collect it, with the error above, meaning that I couldn't report a Kernel bug.
  Extra notes: This ONLY happened with the kernel, when reporting this bug it DIDN'T OCCUR. It affects the programs (at least) ubuntu-bug and apport-collect.
