Bug description:
  ~$ apport-collect 871728 
  ERROR: connecting to Launchpad failed: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted: '/home/me/.launchpadlib'
  You can reset the credentials by removing the file "/home/me/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials"
  ~$ rm /home/me/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials
  rm: cannot remove `/home/me/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials': No such file or directory
  ~$ apport-collect 871728 
  ERROR: connecting to Launchpad failed: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted: '/home/me/.launchpadlib'
  You can reset the credentials by removing the file "/home/me/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials"

  When running with sudo, it tries to start Chromium (even though it should use Firefox!), but that refuses to start as root:
  ~$ sudo apport-collect 871728
  The authorization page:
   (https://launchpad.net/+authorize-token?oauth_token=[secret]&allow_permission=DESKTOP_INTEGRATION)
  should be opening in your browser. Use your browser to authorize
  this program to access Launchpad on your behalf.
