  Does not open known, but private, bugs in browser

Bug description:
  I've come across a lot of crashes when running precise and go to
  report them and submit the crash report.  When it gets to the stage of
  opening up a browser to see the bug. A dialogue box appears and
  explains you have reported the bug, the developers know about this
  bug. but you never get told the bug number or the issue as a browser
  is never opened up.
