Title:
Add a "Save Details" button to crash report dialog

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When there is a crash, a dialog appears that will let you show details
about the crash and optionally upload to Launchpad. However, it might
be useful to be able to store it locally as well, for instance when
you experience a crash on your laptop and you don't have a network
connection. This might, for instance, happen if the problem is related
to the network. But in any case, being able to save the details would
  be good.
