Title:
Apport bugs me and you. Reports simple things multiple times, takes
  user's time

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  History:

I've recently updated `oneiric2precise` using update-manager -d or similar command.
And I got multiple errors that some libraries couldn't be installed.
  I continued installation.
  I've repaired graphical environment.
After second boot, I have few tens of similar bug reports (probably about programs needing mentioned libraries).

Being time-limited and willing to help, I'm just sending every report by apport possibly automatically.
Maybe I shouldn't. Sending application should suggest me this.
There are too many report windows and it's bugging everyone, I suppose.

(This unending reporting loop (when user is willing to send them) should be stopping itself after some number of bugs.
By default, there should be tray with bug reports and possibility to let user send them later.
  )
  -----------------------------------------------------------------
  1) The release of Ubuntu

  Description:	Ubuntu precise (development branch)
  Release:	12.04
  ---------------------------------------------------------------
  2) The version of the package you are using (apport)

  Zainstalowana: 1.94.1-0ubuntu2
    KandydujÄ…ca: 1.94.1-0ubuntu2
    Tabela wersji:
   *** 1.94.1-0ubuntu2 0
          500 http://pl.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ precise/main amd64 Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
  ------------------------------------------------------------------
  3) What you expected to happen

I expected to see nice tray icon with all my bugs, and one short info "cloud" that there are ones.
I expected not to have to report new and new bugs about the same application.
When I'm willing to report something about application, I don't want to see following errors.
So I expected Apport User interface to be decent in Ubuntu 12.
  Thats it!

  (
After every update to development branch,
  apport can report many bugs.
For simple fast-working user, this process is unorganised in terms of usability.
  )

  ------------------------------------------------------------------
  4) What happened instead

Apport reported these annoying problems that aren't big ones for me, because I'm not even using Cheese:
  -------
Before continuing, please close Cheese if it is already running!

Cheese will now be started in debugging mode.

Try to reproduce the problem you are facing
  and 'Close' Cheese.
  ---------
  I don't like this choice:

How would you describe the problem you are facing?
  >Cheese does not work properly
The webcam image displayed has problems

  ----------
  This is most funny(bug with reporting! - there wasn't internet connection - that's the reason?! :) :

This problem report is damaged and cannot be processed.

IOError(2, 'No such file or directory')
  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I wish you happy improving of debugging!
