  ubuntu-bug does not output to the console when run over ssh

Bug description:
  I believe in Maverick, when I ran ubuntu-bug over ssh, it would
  usefully automatically give me output via the console.  Now, on
  Oneric, it appears to just hang immediately after running "$ apport-
  cli apport".  I assume it has opened some graphical window on the
  remote box, that I can't see.
