  System bugs ask twice for user information

Bug description:
  I mainly use Lubuntu Netbook sessions in my Ubuntu 12.04b1 installation.
  When system bugs happen, the bug dialog opens, asking for user information. Following questions are asked twice for every bug:
   - session information, xorg;
   - kernel information;
   - user commitment to help resolving the bug.
