Title:
Error alert can be oddly short

Status in Apport:
  Triaged
Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  apport 1.94.1-0ubuntu2, Ubuntu 12.04 beta 1

When an application that has crashed has a short name, like
"Inkscape", the "The application ... has closed unexpectedly" alert as
a whole is only 146 pixels high. This looks odd.

This is another of those things that would happen automatically if
there was an automatic API for creating alerts, but ... probably all
the error tracker alerts should have a minimum height of about 200
  pixels.
