Title:
Unable to start web browser (but browser does start ok)

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Dear Friends,

Apport does indeed launch the browser, in my case the distro Firefox,
and despite launching it successfully, it brings up this dialog, as
  attached screenshot shows.

This is ever since I upgraded to precise beta 2 from oneiric, if I
  remember correctly.

  Thanks and Blessings,
  Shahar
