Title:
  apport-gtk incorrectly reports "Unable to start web browser" after
  starting web browser

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  got a dialog message saying that aptdaemon had crashed

  clicked "relaunch"

  it said the bug was already reported and opened chromium-browser on
  the launchpad page

  but then I got the dialog: Unable to start web browser to open

  Using Precise with all latest packages as of yesterday.
