Title:
Cannot connect to crash database on 12.04

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
This problem is reproduced on my ubuntu 12.04 updated from 11.10 3 days ago. I tried to fire a bug for libcanberra-gtk3-module by using ubuntu-bug. The step to reproduce:
  1. boot system
  2. alt+f2 and input ubuntu-bug libcanberra-gtk3-module
  3. after "collecting problem information" and click "send" button, i got the "Network problem" and window stating "Cannot connect to crash database, please check your internet connection. <urlopen error[Errno 110] Connection timed out>"

My firefox works fine and can access to https://launchpad.net.
I am not sure it is the right way to fire this bug as apport can't work.
