Title:
  documentation describes non-included ProcCmdline field

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The documentation, in the "Process specific data fields" section,
  describes a required ProcCmdline field:

  doc/data-format.tex; line 209:
      \item [ProcCmdline:] (required) Contents of \verb!/proc/pid/cmdline!

  but according to the changelog, this field is not included in bug
  reports since 2008-02-06:

  2008-02-06  Martin Pitt <martin.pitt at ubuntu.com>
   ...
  	* apport/ui.py,
  	* debian/changelog: [1048] * apport/ui.py: Do not include ProcCmdline
  	in bug reports, since these are not ack'ed by the user and might
  	contain sensitive data. (LP: #132800)

  The field is still used internally for restarting the process, but
  isn't included in the bug reports, and mention of the required
  ProcCmdline field should be removed.
