Title:
apport dialog informing that the browser could not be started has a
  not clickable link

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Having applications crashing I get to see apport often. However
somehow it sometimes thinks it could not open the browser. I think
this is a bug by itsel, but do not know how to reproduce it, yet.

Thus this bug is about the dialog that appear. See the screenshot. The
  whole link should be clickable!
