Title:
no entry overlaps ubuntu circle of friends, exclusion zone brand
  guidelines violation

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
The "Sorry, Ubuntu 12.10 has experienced an internal error" has Ubuntu
  Circle of Friends Logo.

According to Ubuntu Brand Guidelines [1], when circle of friends is
used on it's own it should have 1/4 of diameter square padding around
it to create exclusion zone. The 'No Entry' pictogram violates this.

I believe it would be better to use the exclamation mark splash, in a
circular pictogram. This should be inline with other pictograms, e.g.
as those used on the ubuntu.com website.
