Title:
menu items triggering sub-menus could do with a differentiating marker

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
We have two grub2 menu items for Ubuntu. 'Ubuntu' which simply boots
Ubuntu, and 'Ubuntu advanced options' which is actually a submenu. It
is hard to tell that the first will boot you immediatly and the second
is a sub-menu. It might be nice to mark the menus as such, perhaps as
simply as appending a ' >' to their descriptions.
