Title:
when apport-kde crashes, it wants to send email to kubuntu-devel, but
  that bounces

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
It doesn't make sense that apport-kde crashes make the user go
throught all the yada-yada to end-up sending an email to kubuntu-
devel, and then the email bounces. BTW, this is the crash info:

  Application: python2 (1.0)
  KDE Platform Version: 4.8.5 (4.8.5)
  Qt Version: 4.8.1
  Operating System: Linux 3.2.0-32-generic-pae i686
  Distribution: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS

  -- Information about the crash:
<In detail, tell us what you were doing when the application crashed.>

The crash can be reproduced every time.

  -- Backtrace:
Application: Apport KDE (python2.7), signal: Aborted
  Using host libthread_db library "/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libthread_db.so.1".
