Bug description:
  Hallo
  running an upgrade Quantal to Raring, apport detect two crashes due to upgrading process (meaning a natural consequent, with the system fully working at the reboot).
  With the system fully upgraded and rebooted, apport start to annoy with these 'old' detections, popping up at the end of his process that the problem cannot be reported because the 'path of the crashed process' was modified respect to the time that it happens (i'm translating from italian).
  Not a crash, not a problem, but just an annoying thing.
