  empty apport window shows after reporting 2 crashes on startup

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When I start my computer, apport reports two different bugs for the same package and then, after I close the 2 windows, a third one opens but this third window is empty as shown by the attachment.
  However, it is not freezing at all and I can move the window around but I can't access the menu on the top left of unity.
  Hovering the title with my mouse does not do anything.
  I can close it without any problem with Alt+F4.
