Bug description:
  The "python-tegakitools 0.3.1-1" got from apt-get doesn't contain this fix: https://github.com/tegaki/tegaki/commit/aecd32801ec66efb294f5e296a93e6e5226c5182
  The tegaki-build tool will break when running with the model.xml files downloaded from tegaki.org site.
