Title:
apport-retrace sandbox should allow skipping apt-get update
Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
It'd save some time to be able to skip apt-get update during apport-
retrace in a sandbox. It takes a minute or two to hit all the sources,
so it'd be a minute or two saved.
