  apport-collect does not confirm when upload complete

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  * Run `apport-collect -p <PACKAGE-NAME> <BUG-NUMBER>`
  * Confirm access to/from Launchpad
  * Click "Send" button
  * Window immediately closes

  What should happen:

  * Once upload complete, confirmation appears (options: in browser, new
  window, command line)

  What happens instead:

  * No confirmation. (Although I noticed there were new messages on
  Launchpad.)
