Title:
ubuntu-bug does nothing when called without arguments

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  As I understand from [the
  documentation](https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs#Filing_a_general_bug_against_no_particular_package),
if the bug is not specific to a package, one should just call `ubuntu-
bug` with no arguments. That does nothing for me and I have to close
the terminal window to get rid of that program. `^C` alone does not
  help.

I use Awesome WM together with KDE.
