  --save doesn't work

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  From the man page:

         Bug reports can be written to a file by using the --save option  or  by
         using apport-cli.

  Trying

  apport-bug --save xbill

  I get
   ** (apport-gtk:4640): WARNING **: Couldn't connect to accessibility bus: Failed to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-p4EPhzpDoP: Connection refused

  And there is nothing in the temp directory that resembles the saved
  apport report.
