Title:
Ubiquity should have a "try again" button for media-error problems

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

When trying to install the Gutsy live-cd to the hard-drive, i get
Errno 5: Input/output error, and the installer exits, leaving me with
  an unusable HD.

This is probably a faulty CD. Nevertheless, the application should
give the user a chance to clean the CD from dust or replace it, rather
then just exiting with that errornumber.
