Title:
  Upgrade system after Ubiquity install

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

After installing Ubuntu, I reboot to find that over 100 packages--
including the kernel-- have new versions. Then I have to install
these and reboot. The process follows:

   - Install
   - Reboot
   - Update
   - Reboot

Ubiquity should allow for automatically doing an upgrade and kernel
clean up after installing, such that once Ubiquity finishes imaging
the LiveFS onto the root partition it automatically runs an equivalent
to 'apt-get update && apt-get upgrade' to end installation with a
complete, up-to-date system. Expert users should have the option of
disabling this on the same screen that allows them to opt-in for
  Popularity Contest.
