Title:
apt-mirror should be run during install to find a fast mirror (was:
  Slow internet)

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Hope it can be made a solution for finding the best mirror at
installation. I have installed Ubuntu several times (and versions) and
the installation always hang on configuring apt (scanning the mirror).
This happen every time. I come to 82% installation and "less than 1
min time left" and then the system hangs for maybe 2 hours. This could
be avoided if the install did an automatic scan for the fastet mirror,
independent of what country I'm in.
