This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If
this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us
know.

Binary package hint: ubiquity
The warning about not allowing capital letters in a username, at the
last menu window of the installer, did not show up for me. It did for
another friend on another pc, using the same version but not the same
disc.
