Title:
lvm2 should be loaded by default in installer

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
lvm2 should really be part of the default desktop installer
environment (I believe it already is for server), as some user won't
be able to access already existing partitions without it.
