Title:
  Regional formats mixed up

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
During installation I choose English (US) as system language (keyboard
layout and UI). Then on the time zone map, I choose Santo Domingo
  (Dominican Republic).

After rebooting into the fresh install the date is in Spanish and the
Regional Formats are set to Spanish (the keyboard and UI are set to
  English, which is OK).

I would expect the regional formats set to the language I have chosen
  during the installation process.
