  Kubuntu setup / install encryption keyfile creation failure when
  setting up luks

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  While setting up kubuntu 13.10 and attempting to manually partition
  free space as encrypted volume, it fails with "keyfile creation
  failure"

  I've verified that creating a luks partition does work from the server
  installer.
