Title:
Ubiquity installer creates unusable luks swap partition and the
resulting LinuxMint system is unable to automount other luks
  partitions.

Status in Linux Mint:
  New
Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
In the LinuxMint x64 MATE and Cinnamon Edition 17 live sesion, the
ubiquity installer will create unusable luks encrypted swap partitions
when you have the format option checked for swap. The fstab and
crypttab files are also misconfigured. After the system is installed,
making a new luks encrypted swap partition and using the noearly
doesn't work and the only way to use luks swap is by manually
unlocking it and then activating the swap partion.
