Title:
ubiquity installer shows authentication dialog in english even if
  another language (french) is selected

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Testcase: http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/testcases/1311/info
  Iso: http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/318/builds/73658/downloads

If I select a non-English language ('French' for example), if I try to
connect to a wireless network and fail, I noticed that the dialog is
still in English. I would expect that dialog to also be in the
language I have chosen to install in.
