Title:
  ubiquity doesn't have startup notification

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

Most applications set the mouse pointer to be a little spinning wheel
when starting up. Ubiquity doesn't seem to do this, and takes a while
to start up. This means that I instinctively keep clicking on the
install icon since it doesn't seem to have done anything.
