  ubiquity crashed with AttributeError in ok_handler()

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  I was trying to install using the live cd.. however i had the
  partition mounted already.. without unmounting, and when i went ahead
  with the installation process. it said that it cant continue any
  further without having to unmount and format etc. then i get the
  error.
