Bug description:

  /proc/asound/cards:  0 [U0x13460x2000  ]: USB-Audio - USB Device 0x1346:0x2000
                                                                     USB Device 0x1346:0x2000 at usb-0000:00:1d.1-2, full speed

  /proc/asound/pcm:  00-00: USB Audio : USB Audio : playback 1 : capture
  1

  Just after installation of 10.04 beta2 and upgrade completed, snd-usb-
  audio have some problem

  When under compiz environment playing music or playing video, there is
  a lot of noise from USB Audio harsh to the ear

  This noise is not background noise, It's very loudly, sound like
  "papapa"

  internal sound card snd-hda-intel doesn't have this problem.
