Bug description:
  Install (OEM setup) in Kubuntu Desktop amd64 for Vivid Daily

  27th step for this test states "Double click the ‘Prepare for shipping
  to end user’ icon on the desktop"

  In Kubuntu Vivid after reboot we don't see such icon but we can open
  file manager and if we check Desktop folder there is file called "oem-
  config-prepare-kde.desktop". We can manualy add widget Folder to our
  desktop and point it to "Desktop" directory. Than we have our icon but
  if we click on it, we will see prompt for password but after it is
  entered nothing happens.

  We shuld be able to easily finish OEM installation but we are stuck at
  the desktop without an option to "Prepare for shipping to end user".
