  installer crash

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  during fresh install, well after user/password/partition setup, popup window informed of installer crash.
  Top bar missing icons also, calander screwed up too.
  No access to dash or files.
  Not able to screenshot.
  Disk checked for errors- passed.
  Will try install again.
