Same problem. Trying to install Ubuntu 19.10 along side Windows and Ubuntu 18.04. Device to install boot loader: 
1. Failed. Separate 500MB drive "/dev/sda2" for "/boot" while root on "/dev/sda7" and Device to install boot loader "/dev/sda2"
2. Failed. Default "/boot". Roor on "/dev/sda7" and Device to install boot loader "/dev/sda"
