Looking at the reverse-depends, cloudkitty, freezer and sahara do not
use pastescript. pastedeploy is pulling it in as a recommends. May be a
candidate for removal or at least drop the dependency from cloudkitty,
freezer, and sahara. Need to sync with debian on this as most of these
packages originate there.

Bug description:
  The focal package for python3-pastescript is based on a python2 only
  package that was released in 2015 and doesn't work in focal.
