What version of Ubuntu are you seeing this problem in?

This looks to be fixed for some time:
https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-upgrader/commit/do-release-upgrade?id=a29254e5740991a6fc65eccd89ec4b9a29b49e7b

Title:
development is misspelled in prompt for lts

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When trying to upgrade using do-release-upgrade from an lts version,
  one gets:

There is no development version of an LTS available.
To upgrade to the latest non-LTS develoment release
  set Prompt=normal in /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades.

  "develoment" should be "development".

This is a minor cosmetic bug in line 151 of do-release-upgrade
