Public bug reported:

Please sync liblwp-protocol-https-perl 6.09-1 (main) from Debian
unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Revert 6.07-2ubuntu1, not needed.
  * Apply a suggested patch from Closes: #914034 to clear
    SSL_MODE_AUTO_RETRY as LWP uses blocking io.
  * Revert 6.07-2ubuntu1, not needed.
