Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Revert 6.07-2ubuntu1, not needed.
* Apply a suggested patch from Closes: #914034 to clear
SSL_MODE_AUTO_RETRY as LWP uses blocking io.
* Revert 6.07-2ubuntu1, not needed.
* Apply a suggested patch from Closes: #914034 to clear
SSL_MODE_AUTO_RETRY as LWP uses blocking io.
* Revert 6.07-2ubuntu1, not needed.
* Apply a suggested patch from Closes: #914034 to clear

The added patch was removed again in Ubuntu, effectively resulting in an
empty delta.

* Add empty debian/tests/pkg-perl/syntax-skip to enable
syntax.t autopkgtest.
