  ubiquity crashes during install

Status in grub-installer package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Tried 3 times on VBox and once on real metal laptop. Crashing just
  after "creating user" is displayed on the progress bar (as best I can
  tell)

  Kubuntu 20.04, daily build dl'd 7/2/2020
  VBox settings 6 G ram, 40 G HD

  Laptop Compaq 2 ghz, 2 G ram, 60 G HD intel graphics
