[Bug 1861512] [NEW] read/write partition has a strange name

Public bug reported:

capser now creates a read/write filesystem on the install media if there
is a enough free space on it. However, this is named "casper-rw" which
isn't very descriptive and may confuse users. On the server pre-
installed images for Raspberry Pi the read/write partition is called
"writable". This seems more descriptive and it'd be good to have things
consistently named.

** Affects: casper (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
