Installing alongside an existing Win10 installation, i resized
partitions, creating 20gb for /, 30gb for /home, and swap. installation
proceeds until the final step, ending with this message:

The 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' package failed to install into /
target/. Without the GRUB boot loader, the installed system will
not boot.
