[Bug 1864959] [NEW] 20200227 ISO runs Checking disk before starting installer

Using 20200227 ISO of Ubuntu MATE. Checked ISO and downloaded again.


When starting install either on bare metal or on VM there is a dialogue that shows show:
Checking disk 1 of 1

This completes successfully then boots into the installer. Installations
are able to proceed as normal.
