Ubuntu 19.04 (disco) reached end-of-life on January 23, 2020.

I noted '<urlopen error [Errno 101] Network is unreachable>' in your
messages, note after EOL has been reached mirrors can drop support for
the release.

I suspect a Support site would be more appropriate, eg.
