Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

There is no package named `ubuntu-manager-core`

You start with what looks like an `apt-cache policy apport` but then
switch to trying to `ubuntu-bug` a different (non-existent) package?
Sorry I'm confused.

It may help if you better explain your issue.

Also, please execute the following command only once, as it will
automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal:

apport-collect 1907078

When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu-
bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more about this

  I tried to submit a bug in update-manager-core typing.

  Expected outcome:

  pretends that package is not installed:

  i.e. it looks for a completely different package !
