It looks like you still have packages from an old PPA installed. Example:
libgtk2-unique-perl:amd64 < 0.05-3build1~0ppa1~disco @ii mK Ib > FU=0
Install ppa-purge and make sure you remove any PPA's.
sudo apt-get install ppa-purge
