It's actually the ROS packages you have installed that are causing an
issue. You'll need to remove them using 'ppa-purge' for the upgrade to
be calculatable.

Bug description:
Part way through the upgrade it falls over an tells me to remove ppas
and try again. So I do and get the same message, i go back in and the
ppa that I removed has returned. I tired a few times and the ppa
always comes back. It's the 'peek' application (the screen grabbing
app) ppa.
